Many of you have been out in force tasting and voting during Dublin’s gin and tonic festival last week! As voted by the you, the winner of the Gin and Tonic festival is Diep Le Shaker on Pembroke Lane in Dublin 2. Their Shooters G&T made with Shortcross Gin was so good that we thought we would share the recipe!
What You Need
40ml Shortcross Gin
3 fresh strands of pea shoots
1cm ruby grapefruit peel
Fever tree tonic
Method
Get the pea shoots and give them a slap to release the oils and aromas and add to the glass. Add plenty of ice and the Shortcross gin. Twist the grapefruit peel over the glass, rub on the stem and rim and pop in to the glass. Top with the tonic & serve.
