Next week Stoneybatter will see another new restaurant opening- Boqueria. The tapas restaurant takes inspiration from the traditional eateries of Barcelona with a re-imagined tapas and gastro experience. Esteemed chef Matt Fuller has some seriously tasty sounding dishes on the menu with things like seven sauce squid and Irish rare breed pork cheeks with caramelized pineapple and vanilla roast potatoes top of my list!

Also on the menu is a great selection of cocktails, wines and craft beers. I am certainly looking forward to trying this great new addition to the northside of the city!
