Alchemy, located upstairs in BT2 on Grafton Street, will be hosting a fermentation workshop and dinner on Thursday December 3rd. Join owner and chef Domini Kemp and Dearbhla Reynold’s of the Cultured Club for an evening of delicious food, dinner and treats, while learning all about the benefits of food fermentation. The theme of the evening is all about fermented edible gifts, with some of Dearbhla’s fabulous products also on sale on the evening.

Good Food Ireland will also have a stand at the fair featuring an eclectic selection of artisan food producers. Check out my review of last year’s food emporium here.
