The search for Ireland best young chef is on and it could be you! The Euro-Toques is the most esteemed competition for young professional chefs.
Now in its 24th year, Euro-Toques are on the hunt for the best young professional chef in Ireland. The theme this year explores the idea of “No Chef is an Island” and they are looking for Irish chefs to explore what this means to them. 2 michelin star chef Phil Howard will guest judge this year, and the winner will win an all expenses paid stage at his restaurant in London, The Stage, in Spring 2015. There will be many events on surrounding the competition which all focus on interaction- shared experiences, shared food, shared ideas.
If you are 18-26 years old and think you have what it takes, and a passion for Irish food, make sure you enter this great competition. The deadline for entries is Tuesday September 30th at 12 noon.
