Electrolux returns to the stunning grounds of Iveagh Gardens this June as headline sponsor of Taste of Dublin 2016. To celebrate Taste of Dublin week, Electrolux have shared one of their favourite summer recipes below. This recipe has been created for one of their amazing steam ovens (need!) but the same effect can be achieved in a conventional oven by placing a deep tray of hot water in the bottom of the oven.
