There is nothing quite like a warming Irish Coffee on a cold night and this recipe which uses honey instead of sugar is a real treat! Light the fire, get into your pj’s and kick back with one of these to get you ready for the long weekend!
Ingredients (Makes 1)
45ml whiskey
1 tsp honey (more or less depending on taste)
1 cup of coffee
whipped cream
Method
1. Heat the glasses by rinsing them with some hot water
2. Make the coffee in a jug and add the honey so it dissolves
3. Pour the coffee into the glasses followed by the whiskey
4. Give it all a good stir and top with cream
