Centime Markett, the creation of food duo Etienne Pittion, will be hosting exciting pop-ups across Dublin city at varied locations. Their first evening will take place on July 7th in Berlin Cafe, Coppinger Row.
Menus with a heavy focus on local Irish produce will change for each event. First up is “flavours of Ireland” where eaters will taste Irish meats with chorizo and salami from Gubben Smokehouse, outdoor reared and organic pork and ham from Crowes in Carlow, and cheeses such as Mossfield Sleibh Bloom and Corleggy.
