Alchemy Juice Co, brought to you by the lovely Peaches and Domini Kemp, is set to open in BT2 Grafton Street on Monday October 13th.
The focus here in on healthy, unprocessed eating without compromising on taste. Whatever diet you follow, whether it’s paleo, vegan, wheat free, or you just want to be a little bit healthier without all the effort, there will be something here for you! The juices have received input from NY Times Bestseller and Raw Food expert Doris Choi, with delicious treats courtesy of Ireland’s leading nutritional cook Susan Jane White.
I am particularly looking forward to trying out their superfood lunch boxes for a quick lunch on the go (miso salmon lunchbox- yum!), and the “Booty Lemonade”- apparently a Beyonce is a fan! If you have a sweet tooth why not try their guilt free lemon, ginger and turmeric cheesecake (pictured below). There will also be something for the coffee lovers out there, with coffee beans form small European producers, accompanied by organic milk from Donegal.
