On Friday October 9th Brioche Restaurant in Ranelagh will be hosting a special evening dedicated to a now iconic Irish Beef breed: The Dexter. A seven course tasting menu will be served showcasing Dexter beef in a versatile range of dishes prepared by chef Gavin McDonagh.

The menu for the night looks delicious with each course celebrating beef in a unique style.

There will be two sittings with reservations taken from 5:30pm to 7pm and then 8:30pm to 9pm.
