Great news- Dublin has another new restaurant opening! Bow Lane is set to open in the buildings formerly occupied by Delaney’s Bar and Off Licence on Aungier Street. Driven and headed by Whitefriar Grill’s owner Geoff Nordell, the project has involved extensive refurbishment to the rundown building, making an excellent new addition to the thriving street.

Geoff’s dream is to bring to Dublin an authentic inner city pub experience offering modern cocktails alongside really excellent food. The Bar will be overseen by Dan Mulligan, the national and internationally award winning mixologist, while the kitchen is headed by New York native Steve Levine (formerly of Mario Batali’s Restaurants in NYC).

Cocktail highlights include…

Francis Aungier’s Legacy 1661:

woodford reserve bourbon, fernet branca, maraschino liqueur, sugar syrup, chocolate bitters, all stirred & strained over ice & served in a chilled rocks glass.

Aungier Street Rambler:

muddled fresh lime wedges, raspberries & caster sugar, absolut peach, apricot brandy, shaken & strained into a champagne flute topped w/ prosecco.

A full dinner menu is also available as well as finger food bites to enjoy over a few cocktails.
