It's great to see the restaurant scene in Dublin continuing to flourish. Below are 5 new spots to check out in Dublin this October!

1. Sister Sadie

This is a new venture from the people behind Brother Hubbard, and if the food is anything similar then I’m sure it will be a huge success! Find them on Harrington Street, Dublin 8 serving breakfast, brunch, coffee and sweet things!

2. Balfes

Located at the Westbury Hotel, Balfe’s is a New York style brasserie and cocktail bar serving up food from 8am til late. They also have their own coffee blend which I am looking forward to trying on their outdoor terrace!

3. Little Ass Rathmines

It’s great to see my favourite burrito bar expanding, and Little Ass have now opened up shop in Rathmines Village. The focus here is on great quality, tasty, Mexican Street food. They also have something for the paleo folk which I’ve mentioned before here.

4. Blas Cafe at The Chocolate Factory

Blas Cafe on King’s Inn Street is now open and serving up brunch, lunch and treats. I love the industrial style open interior- this is definitely the sort of place I could imagine losing a few hours to! Also on the menu are the delicious Roasted Brown coffee and Wall & Keogh teas.

5. The Greenery

The Greenery on Lennox Street (not open until next week), is the newest addition to Dublin 8. Their brunch menu looks particularly great with everything from pesto eggs to buffalo wings to crab and avocado salad. They also run a detox juice programme which sounds interesting!
